1. Service Packages and Billing

Cloy provides three distinct social media management packages, as outlined in our pricing & plans section. These packages require a minimum commitment of three months and are billed on a monthly basis.
1.2 Payment Terms  
Clients will be billed monthly for the duration of their chosen package. Payments are due in advance, on the same date each month as the initial purchase.

1.3 Cancellation Policy
Should you choose to cancel your service before the end of the three-month term, an early termination fee of 30% of the monthly service rate will be applied

2. Content Ownership and Usage

2.1 Ownership of Created Content
All content created by Cloy, including graphics, captions, and posts, is the property of Cloy unless otherwise agreed upon. We strive to produce engaging and original content tailored to your needs.
2.2 Use of Content for Promotion
Unless specifically requested not to, Cloy reserves the right to use created content for our own promotional and advertising purposes. This may include the use of client details such as business names and logos in our portfolio and marketing materials.

3. Confidentiality

3.1 Protection of Client Information  
Cloy is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We handle all data, including login credentials and business strategies, with the utmost care and do not disclose it to third parties.

4. Communication

Our team is dedicated to providing prompt responses to client inquiries, typically within 24 hours during regular business hours.
4.2 Client Cooperation  
For optimal service delivery, clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary information, and approvals.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cloy will not be held liable for any loss of business, profits, or data resulting from the social media management services provided.

6. Termination of Services

Cloy reserves the right to terminate services in cases of client misconduct, non-payment, or violation of our terms.

7. Policy Updates

Cloy may update these policies from time to time. Clients will be informed of significant changes, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policies.
